Which areas of Singapore do you cover?
We serve homes and businesses island-wide from our base at CT Hub 2 on Lavender Street. Travel is included in your fixed quote.
How do I get a quote?
WhatsApp us your property type, the service you need and a few photos if you can. We reply with a fixed, all-in price — no site visit needed for most jobs.
Do you bring cleaning equipment?
It depends on the service. For general cleaning, our cleaners use your home's own equipment — vacuum, mop and pail, and cloths or towels — so please have these ready before your session. For other services, we'll let you know what's needed when we send your quote.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers pass us access and carry on with their day. We send photos when we are done, and for move-out cleans we can coordinate directly with your agent.
Are your cleaners trained and vetted?
Every CleanKaki cleaner is trained before their first job and vetted before joining the crew. Our teams work in uniform and treat your home with respect.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
We operate seven days a week. Weekend slots are popular, so book those a little earlier where you can.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always try our best to accommodate.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment, the following fees apply:
- General Cleaning: Equivalent to 1 hour of the booked service rate.
- Move-In/Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning: $80 flat fee.
These fees help cover manpower, transport and equipment arrangements already committed to your booking.
