General cleaning is the routine upkeep that keeps a home feeling cared for: surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters and hobs wiped down, bathrooms cleaned and bins emptied. It is the service most of our regular customers book weekly or fortnightly, and it is also available as a one-off when guests are coming or life has simply got busy.
We send the same cleaner (or the same pair) to your home each time wherever possible, so they learn how you like things done and you do not have to re-explain. For general cleaning, our cleaners use your home's own equipment — vacuum, mop and pail, and cloths or towels — so please have these ready before each session.

General Cleaning questions
How does general cleaning work?
General cleaning is a time-based service, where you book our cleaner for a specified number of hours. Within that time, the cleaner will carry out routine household cleaning, while you have the flexibility to prioritise specific areas or request ad hoc cleaning tasks according to your needs. For safety, tasks requiring specialised equipment, specialised cleaning methods, or work at height are not included.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Yes, wherever possible. Regular customers are matched with a dedicated cleaner or pair, so they learn your home and your preferences. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we tell you in advance and send a trained replacement briefed on your preferences.
How long does a general cleaning session take?
Most HDB and condo units take 3 to 4 hours for a one or two-person crew. We confirm the session length in your fixed quote based on your unit size and how often you book.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
Yes. For general cleaning, our cleaners use your household's equipment — vacuum, mop and pail, and cloths or towels. Please have these ready before the session, and if you're not sure you have everything needed, just ask when booking.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always try our best to accommodate.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment, the following fees apply:
- General Cleaning: Equivalent to 1 hour of the booked service rate.
- Move-In/Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning: $80 flat fee.
These fees help cover manpower, transport and equipment arrangements already committed to your booking.
