Post-Renovation Cleaning
Contractors leave a finished space, not a clean one. We remove the fine dust, paint splatter and debris that settle into every corner after renovation.
Renovation dust is different from everyday dirt: it is fine, it gets everywhere, and it keeps settling for days after the contractors leave. Our post-renovation clean is built for exactly this — multiple passes over every surface, inside every new cabinet, across every window and floor, until the space is genuinely ready to move into.
We also deal with the leftovers that a general clean will not touch: paint and cement splatter on tiles and glass, adhesive residue, protective film, sawdust in tracks and vents, and debris on balconies and service yards.

Post-Renovation Cleaning questions
When should the clean happen?
Once all contractor work is complete and tools are out, ideally a day or two before you move furniture in. Cleaning while work is still ongoing simply means cleaning twice.
Why does renovation dust need multiple passes?
Fine dust stays suspended in the air and keeps settling after the first wipe-down. We work top to bottom and repeat floors and flat surfaces at the end of the session so the result lasts.
Do you remove protective film and stickers?
Yes — protective film on appliances, cabinet stickers and light adhesive residue are included. Heavy construction debris or large waste removal can be arranged as an add-on.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always try our best to accommodate.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment, the following fees apply:
- General Cleaning: Equivalent to 1 hour of the booked service rate.
- Move-In/Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning: $80 flat fee.
These fees help cover manpower, transport and equipment arrangements already committed to your booking.
