Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
A top-to-bottom clean focused on the areas landlords and agents check at handover — so you return the keys with confidence, or move into a home that is truly ready.
Handover day is stressful enough without worrying about the state of the oven. Our move-out clean covers every room, with extra attention on what property agents look at during inspection: inside cabinets and wardrobes, kitchen degreasing, bathroom descaling, windows and grilles, ceiling fans, skirting and switches, and every floor scrubbed and mopped.
Moving in instead? The same service turns a newly handed-over unit — often dusty from vacancy or a previous tenant — into a home you can unpack into on day one. If your landlord or agent flags a cleaning item we covered, we come back and put it right.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning questions
What if the agent flags something after the clean?
Tell us what was flagged. If it is a cleaning item included in your booking, we arrange to come back and put it right — that re-clean support is part of every move-out booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 3 to 7 days before your handover, with the clean done 1 to 2 days before inspection. Moving out this week? Message us anyway — we keep buffer slots for urgent handovers.
Does the unit need to be empty?
An empty or mostly empty unit gives the best result because we can reach inside every cabinet and across every floor. If some furniture is staying, let us know when you request a quote and we will plan around it.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we'll always try our best to accommodate.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
For cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment, the following fees apply:
- General Cleaning: Equivalent to 1 hour of the booked service rate.
- Move-In/Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning: $80 flat fee.
These fees help cover manpower, transport and equipment arrangements already committed to your booking.
